Products returned must be brand new and unused.All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are required to be sent back with the item.

Tradewisefurniture will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

7. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Tradewisefurniture. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

Upon receiving the exchanged product,Tradewisefurniture will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions (new and unused, complete packaging and accessories).

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with prepaid freight and provide instructions on how to package and where to send the item.

9. Exchange Processing

Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.

10. Products Not Meeting Conditions

If a product does not meet the exchange conditions, Tradewisefurniture will contact the customer to explain the situation and arrange for the product to be returned or reject the exchange.
